The most refreshing doughnut you’ll ever eat!

I often eat sauteed leafy greens simply with sauteed onions and a bit of salt, but when I saw that my supermarket had pomegranates in I thought it would be a great, simple way to brighten it up. It works great as an appetizer, side dish, even had it as my dinner. It would probably be great served over some pasta, but it’s also delicious all by itself. The prep work is a little time consuming, but the cooking couldn’t be easier.
